9. Memphis, Tennessee
8. Jackson, Mississippi
7. Chattanooga, Tennessee
6. Salt Lake City, Utah
5. San Bernardino, California
4. Little Rock, Arkansas
3. Augusta, Georgia
2. Orlando, Florida
1. Fort Lauderdale, Florida

It’s interesting to note that almost all the cities in the top ten are in the south, despite the fact that the south has better — and safer — driving weather than cities in the north.
