Does November 2nd seem a LITTLE early for a list of the worst Christmas songs? Like, shouldn’t we take a little time to get reacquainted with Christmas music before we start hating it again? This survey says NO.
A polling company called Edison Research just released the results of a survey to name the Christmas songs people HATE THE MOST. Here’s their top 10:
#1.) “Jingle Bells” by the Singing Dogs.
#2.) “The Man With All the Toys” by The Beach Boys.
#3.) “All I Want For Christmas is My Two Front Teeth” by Spike Jones.
#4.) “Jingle Bells” by Barbra Streisand.
#5.) “Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer” by Elmo and Patsy.
#6.) “O Holy Night” by Eric Cartman from “South Park”.
#7.) “Blue Christmas” by the Porky Pig imitator Seymour Swine.
#8.) “O Come, O Come Emmanuel” by Neil Diamond.
#9.) “Deck the Halls” by Mannheim Steamroller.
#10.) “I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus” by Little Jimmy Boyd.
–Edison also released the most BELOVED Christmas song from their survey. It was “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” by ANDY WILLIAMS, who just died in September at age 84
